Returns & Exchanges

We do our best to ensure everything is perfect before your merchandise leaves our studio, however please call us if there are any problems with your order and we will happily help you solve things as soon as possible.

DAMAGE / DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments for damage immediately upon arrival.  If your package was compromised during shipment, please email us at charlotteaquarius [at] gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of the damaged or defective shipments. Please provide a picture of the item and packaging, showing the damage, so that we can take further action on this issue. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Merchandise held more than 10 days after receipt will not be accepted.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

 Stationery:

If you are not satisfied with your stationery purchase for any reason, please contact us at charlotteaquarius (at) gmail.com. Items may be returned in unused condition within 5 days of receipt. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note: used, opened, custom and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

Non-Stationery:

Due to the custom nature of our products, all non-stationery merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before buying.

Please note: We are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.  Additionally, we are not responsible for lost international packages. If you are concerned about your package, please upgrade to USPS International Priority Mail with tracking during checkout.
