IF I ORDERED A PREORDER ITEM WITH ADDITIONAL ITEMS, WILL MY ORDER SHIP COMPLETE?
If you are shipping your order within the US, your items will ship separately at no additional cost. If you are shipping your order outside of the US, your items will ship together once your preordered item is in stock.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost international packages. If you are concerned about your package, please upgrade to USPS International Priority Mail with tracking during checkout.

When will my order arrive?
All in stock merchandise ships within 1 - 4 business days unless specified on the listing. Original art may take 1-3 weeks to ship (please see the specific product listing for info). A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Once shipped, transit time is 2-7 days in the US. International orders average 3-4 weeks transit time.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
Most packages are shipped via USPS, through either First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on package weight. Large paintings are shipped via UPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Most international orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail.

Where are your products made?
All stationery, prints, pillows and scarves are made in New Orleans, LA.
All fabrics and wallpaper are printed in the USA from various suppliers. We have carefully selected the best offerings from our vendors to ensure that we are providing our clients with the best items on the market.
What type of inks do you use?
We use water-based pigment inks that are eco-friendly and 100% biodegradable.
Paper stock is archival, acid-free textured 300gsm fine art watercolor paper, printed with archival pigment inks so that your giclée print will last 100+ years. Frame prints for optimal preservation!
No! We do not currently offer framing for our giclée art prints.
Yes! Our logo is placed on the front of each print.
What types of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards as well as Paypal are accepted.
Do you charge sales tax?
State sales tax is collected for any order shipping to Louisiana. City sales tax is collected with Orleans Parish.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. All transactions on this site are secure and encrypted. Your payment information is not stored in the system.
Do you accept returns?
Returns or exchanges are accepted in unused condition, and within 7 days of receipt. Contact me at hello (at) julietmeeks.com to initiate a return or exchange. More info on returns. There are no returns or refunds on digital products like PDF guides.
This website only collects your information that you provide to complete a transaction, or the email address you enter to sign up for my newsletter. We will not store your credit card payment information, or share your email address or any other personal info with third parties.

Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Charlotte Aquarius, LLC at charlotteaquarius [at] gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Due to the custom nature of some of our products, non-stationery merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
At this time, we are not able to do consignment.
